House Manager Job in Monaco | Luxury Private Residence

We are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious private residence in Monaco. Having recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to an exceptional standard, the property is entering an exciting new phase and requires an accomplished professional to lead its household operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of a substantial luxury residence, managing an established team of approximately 15 household staff, with planned expansion to around 30 employees over the coming year. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain the highest standards across every aspect of the household.

Applicants must be fluent in both English and French. Russian language skills are not required.

Candidates should possess previous experience within a luxury private residence together with a strong background in five-star hospitality, enabling them to deliver exceptional levels of service while leading and developing a professional household team.

As no accommodation is provided, applicants should currently reside within driving distance of Monaco. Relocation may be considered for candidates holding an EU passport, although this would be at the candidate’s own expense.
