Melissa Offer has a wealth of experience within Hospitality. She was headhunted to start up another Household Agency which was founded in 2013. During that time, she was responsible for setting up and managing a large luxury UHNW Household in Mayfair. This included revising and replacing existing team members to ensure that the property ran to the highest of standards. Thus, increasing client satisfaction and staff engagement, providing only the most exceptional candidates on the market.
