Salary: £70,000 PA
Our client, a VIP family, based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly talented Private Chef to work for the family. You will be responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with afternoon tea. You will be cooking for ten individuals, consisting of seven adults and three children.
All candidates will have experience working for exclusive European families.
You will have the ability to create and present the most beautiful dishes, consisting of Meditteranean, Asian, Thai, Korean and Asian fusion.
You must also be able to provide nutritional healthy family meals.
Candidates should prepare menus in advance and should be able to communicate freely with the Principal. Please note that the client does not entertain.
You will be fully responsible for the kitchen and ordering all catering supplies, and you will have an open budget for sourcing the very best ingredients.
This position is available immediately and is offered with a fully furnished apartment away from the family’s residence. The working week consists of 6 days and your day will finish at around 8 pm.
