A wonderful family is looking for an experienced live-out nanny to look after their two daughters aged nearly five years and two years. The family has been living in London for the last two years, having relocated from Los Angeles. They are looking for a nanny to work with them full time, four days a week for 10 hours a day, the provisional hours being 8:30-6:30 pm from Monday – Thursday.
The family is based close to Kensington High Street and Hyde Park. Candidates must be flexible and need to be available to travel with the family during the school holidays.
Key job responsibilities will include;
Looking after the morning routine and dropping off and picking up the girls to and from nursery/school daily and from after-school clubs (nursery will be most likely five mornings a week). The nanny will be required to handle all the children’s laundry, keep the kitchen and children’s bedrooms clean and tidy, prepare nutritionally healthy food for children, and organise stimulating activities and playdates. We are looking for experienced nannies that can encourage children to develop and learn. Individuals that can easily engage with the children, be creative and have fun together.
The family is looking for a positive, easy-going, and kind-natured candidate who is tidy and proactive. A native English speaker would be preferred but is not a necessity. A driver would also be appreciated but again is not a necessity. The family has a golden retriever, so we are looking for candidates that have previously worked with families with pets. Candidates may also have to provide ad hoc babysitting on occasional evenings and weekends.
This position would ideally commence in January 2022, however, they are willing to wait for the right candidate.
