This is a specialised role suited to a candidate with a strong background in fashion, jewellery, and wardrobe management, combined with proven experience supporting a Principal in a high-level PA capacity.
The successful applicant will play a key role in managing both the personal affairs and wardrobe of the Principal, ensuring seamless organisation across all aspects of their lifestyle. This is a varied and hands-on position requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach.
A central focus of the role will be wardrobe management. You will be responsible for the organisation, care, and maintenance of an extensive wardrobe, including luxury clothing, accessories, and fine jewellery. This includes coordinating cleaning and repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring all items are presented to the highest standard. A strong understanding of designer brands, fabrics, and garment care is essential.
In addition to wardrobe responsibilities, the role encompasses full personal assistant duties. This will include diary management, organising appointments, coordinating travel and lifestyle arrangements, handling correspondence, and acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Principal. The Private Personal Assistant will be expected to anticipate needs, manage priorities effectively, and ensure that all requests are executed with efficiency and discretion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a private household or for a high-net-worth individual, with a proven track record in both PA support and wardrobe management. You will be impeccably presented, highly organised, and comfortable working within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a “can-do” approach are essential. You should be confident managing sensitive information, liaising with external suppliers and luxury brands, and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality at all times.
